I made my caravan self-sufficient - installed an extra battery - it can be charged while driving using the alternator or, when the sun is shining, using a 300W solar panel...

We spent a week with our caravan on the North Sea in Norddeich - from there we flew to the island of Juist (where no cars are allowed) and then spent two days in Hamburg...

Redesigned everything around the house: A We removed the hedge, a section of lawn, and a few trees. We laid down weed control film and poured Rhine gravel on top. Then we built a large gazebo (with room for the caravan) and set up a cozy seating area.
