Canoe trip / Rhine from Birsfelden (CH) to Bad Bellingen 25km with Frank

On the canoe trip, there were about seven rapids (where we went out three times), but on the second-to-last rapid, we were finally thrown over! We were able to save the canoe and the two paddles, but the folding bike, canoe cart, a smartphone, and my glasses were gone!

Our Portugal vacation is off the table now - my wife went to the funeral in the Philippines (her father died a year earlier, on August 12, 2022)...
Now it was time for plan 2 - when she returned, we first drove to Rappbodetal near Elbingerode. - There's one of the longest suspension bridges there, and you can try out different things, including a wall run click hier and bugee jumping with Candy click hier - Then a few days to Prague...
Vacation planning for the coming years

Soon we'll be going on vacation to Portugal for 3 weeks in our RV...
Next year it's the USA (West Coast)... Then with the RV - Bavarian Alps, Mecklenburg Lake District, - or just stay close! Starting in 2026/27, we plan to rent an apartment or house in various countries for 5 months - to spend the winter there. From then on, we want to do this "every year," as long as it's feasible due to our age! - Our plan is: 1. Portugal, 2. Philippines, 3. Hawaii, and then 4. Thailand. Possibly then to the USA or Australia, we'll see (if we really like it somewhere, we'll just stay there)...
