November 4, 2025, I received a letter (regarding the judgment against me, "Noby" - see below, dated October 17, 2025) from the public prosecutor's office in 95030 Hof with the following wording: Please transfer the amount of €2,891.50 to the Bamberg state treasury account within two weeks of receiving this invoice. I am paying this amount to this "rule of law" and hope to be able to leave Germany forever soon! This is no longer my home. There is no freedom of speech because there are absolutely corrupt politicians in the German government.
November 2, 2025 We used to have fewer Muslims here in Germany, but now, with this extreme mass immigration and its many aggressive and toxic attitudes, it's not good for our society (as everyone should be able to see from the negative news)! Our ancestors knew this, but now a majority seems willing to stoop to the level of these knife-wielding, rapist, and troublemaker types?

October 17, 2025 Noby's verdict from the Hof District Court for "apparent incitement of hatred":
I must (after an appeal) pay 2,023 Euros in legal fees and a 2,800 Euros fine because of my opinion.
Because I published two pictures together on my website! I'm not allowed to show the two pictures again (according to my lawyer) - but I'm allowed to describe them as stated in the indictment:
Below a picture with the caption "Homeward journey instead of entry" of allegedly deported asylum seekers standing in front of an airplane with suitcases, they also reproduced the following text: "An old German farmer's proverb: If you feed the rats, you won't get rid of them!"
I'm paying because I no longer trust this current constitutional state with its new Germany, and I don't want to waste any more money on something so completely pointless...
I'll enjoy my retirement in a better place in the future, where it's cheaper, fairer, and warmer...

it's finally been decided!
